No, I am not a vegan. However, when I get a sweet tooth, I try to get the best bang for my buck by making desserts that are on the healthier end and delicious because let's be honest, who wants a dry and chalky "dessert" that tastes more like bird food? Not me.

I promise you this recipe will not disappoint. How do I know? Well, my children, the pickiest of all eaters, were begging for seconds.
